As a result of Adobe no longer supporting Flash Player effective December 31, 2020; please follow the step by step instructions on how to install the Windows version of the online portal “My Account”. This download process will add an icon to your computer.

Some other helpful hints;

  1. This feature is currently not available on a mobile device.
  2. Depending on what version of Windows you are operating, the download screens may look different.
  3. In some cases, your anti-virus may block the download. You can temporarily disable the antivirus program and try to reinstall the program again.
